I was so excited to photograph Jenny and Kevin’s Monte Bello Estate Lemont Wedding during the first part of the fall season. I had not been to the estate in many years since it had changed owners and it is such a pretty venue! We started the day off with Jenny and Kevin getting ready before heading to Church for the ceremony. It was raining and was disappointing but I heard no complaints from this amazingly chill wedding gang! After the ceremony, we headed out for a bubble exit and the rain had gone away, yay!! So it was off to do some pictures in downtown Lemont with their fur baby Cody! Then we headed to Monte Bello Estate for more wedding pictures and as the couple pulled up in the trolley the sun came out for a few minutes!! I whisked them a way to do some pretty pictures in the field before it disappeared again behind the clouds – but still no rain! :)
Such gorgeous backdrops for wedding portraits at the Monte Bello Estate. You only get clouds like this on rainy days, with a peek of a sunset through the distant trees.
