Dana and Ryan had a perfect September day for a wedding!! We started the day out with getting ready at the parent’s homes, separately. Getting dressed, capturing details and hanging out with loved ones before it was time to head to church for the ceremony. I asked Dana and Ryan what their favorite moments were from their big day. They both agreed that their “favorite part of the wedding day was being able to spend the day with everyone we love and who love us. We got to spend the morning with our bridal parties getting ready, the ceremony Ryan and I professed our love and commitment, taking pictures we combined as one together as a group to celebrate with our bridal party, and the reception was with everyone near and dear to us!”
They also offer this advice to those of you planning for your wedding day. “STOP AND ENJOY IT! Do not stress over it, take your time and do it together. Wedding planning should be fun and bring you closer. I wouldn’t do anything differently, the day was a dream come true! The biggest thing to remember is why you are doing it…and it’s to get married and be together! The little things/stressors in the end do not matter. Do what you want to do, not others.” Ryan and Dana planned for time in between Ceremony and Cocktail hour, so we did not have to do a first look to have more time for wedding photos. They both “loved the anticipation waiting to see each other! Dana did do a “first look” with my dad, the first time he saw me was seconds before walking down the aisle! It was emotional but I loved it.”
