Lincolnshire Marriott Resort :: Sarah and Steve

Sarah and Steve had a beautiful wedding at the Chicago Lincolnshire Marriott Resort. I was excited to see Sarah’s family again as I photographed her brother’s wedding a few years back. I love it when couples plan for everything to be a beautiful location, so there is no downtime for travel and lots of time for pictures!  Sarah and Steve’s wedding party were just Steve’s daughters and that made the day so intimate and special as they became a family. We did a first look between Sarah and Steve and then his daughters came out for some pictures. Before we knew it, the time had come to get married. There was a traditional Ketubah signing and then and beautiful ceremony outdoors in the evening sunlight. After that it was time to celebrate!! Thank you so much Sarah and Steve for allowing us to capture your wedding memories. We wish you so much love and laughter as you begin your happily ever after out on the East coast.

I asked Steve and Sarah for their favorite moment from the day. Sarah told me ” Right after finishing our first look our bridesmaids, Steve’s daughters, came to join us for pictures. Steve got emotionally seeing them dressed for the first time— I think it caught him off guard. I loved seeing him and the whole family so happy. “

Steve told me that his favorite moment from the wedding day was “being introduced into the reception with Sarah and my daughters as the Tetrault Family.”

My favorite moment was seeing everyone having fun in this amazing photobooth from The Little House Picture Booth that was set up right outside the ballroom tent. I also really enjoyed all the fun dancing include the Hora at the end of the evening. Thanks for playing great music Something2Dance2!! Everyone was having so much fun!! The florals by Flowers by KH were so pretty, especially on the Chuppah.
