One of my best friends is having a her first baby and wanted to send some pictures to family who live far away of her pregnancy. I stopped by and we did a mini session Saturday, and will be doing a full session in a few months when she is in her third trimester…..being a down to earth and very nature oriented person, we decided to opt for some lifestyle portraits in Maggie’s beautiful garden. I love her fun purple flowers, perfectly round….much like the belly!! Too fun!!  :)

I am super excited to be documenting a “watch me grow” series of Alaina and David’s first Child….she is expected to arrive mid February!  We started the Watch me grow session with casual Maternity Pictures at Alaina and David’s home in Glen Ellyn. I will continue to photograph the baby all year long, creating a story of her first year. David is a proud daddy to be…that is his fire helmet and Alaina is a fashion designer, and has made designed some great things for the baby’s room. Needless to say we had some great backdrops to work with. I am so excited to take some photos of the baby as a newborn….check back often and watch her grow!!
