I had a chance to photograph a new family this summer at one of my favorite spots in Oak Brook, two cute as a button brothers (one who just learned to walk days ago….no holding him still WE had a great time, laughing, crawling and running all over the park. Although it was tough to get a traditional pic of the boys together…to many cool things to climb on and too many interesting places to explore, we did get some great lifestyle shots, with really fun expressions. I love the expressions and the quizzical looks from the little guy as he was wondering what I was doing, laying on the floor lol. I had fun playing peek-a -boo and getting to know this beautiful family. I look forward to doing family photos this fall. Here are some of my favorites…enjoy!!

Warm summer days…what better thing to do then go to the beach for some photo fun. At the end of June I met with this lovely family for some photos in Chicago at North Ave Beach. It had been an entire year since I last saw these three adorable children….wow, had they grown…but still sweet as ever. We did some skyline photos in the cool shade, changed outfits for some beach photos, which only lasted a few minutes and then everyone was wet in the water. It was hot, and the water was refreshing! Here are some of my favorites from the session…I love the sisterly love, my favorite! Enjoy!!

Family Pictures in the City!!!

I had an amazing time with Dayna and Clete and their little one this summer down in the city for some urban family pictures. Both Day and Clete are wedding photographers so I was honored when they asked me to do a series of family pictures for them We explored Millennium Park and the surrounding areas. I had the fabulous opportunity to photograph the Favia family again this year. I have been photographing their family for the last three years. It as been such a pleasure to watch their family grow from behind the lens. It so great to see the kids every summer too. They are so cute….and love to be photographed…so much FUN!! This session we ventured to Fullersburg Woods in Oak Brook, we had an amazing summer evening, with unbelievable beautiful light….here are my favorites!!

Naperville Children Sessions!!

This past July I had many family sessions on the beautiful Naperville Riverwalk in Downtown Naperville. I have had a wonderful time taking pictures of cute as a button little babies and their adorable sisters…too fun and too cute twin brothers and their fabulous big sis and little boys that are soooo shy, but would sneak a smile here and there. What a great place for family photos. Lots of areas to explore. I look forward to have sessions in Naperville again this fall!! Here are my favorites…..it was hard to choose!!

Habdas Family Portrait Fun!!

I had a wonderful time getting to know the Habdas Family earlier in June, exploring Ty Warner Park and Fullersburg Woods in Oak Brook. Funny, we learned that we went to High school together….small world!! The Kids, “A” and “F” we so cute, and so easy to photograph…..and this family has the most amazing eyes.
