I had a great time photographing Lisa and Bryan in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago earlier this month. They are such a great couple, super sweet! We explored the Lincoln Park zoo, which was fabulous because I never seem to be in the area during zoo hours, and had some fun pics at Wrigley Field. It was great spending time together, getting to know each other better. I am looking forward to their wedding next June at Seven Bridges Golf Club!! Rachel and Craig were married in Kalamazoo, MI on August 8th. It was an adventurous wedding day, I have never seen it rain so hard in my life…..so the bride and groom are blessed with a lot of wedding wishes and luck! It rained all morning and then when it came time for the outside romantic photos of the happy couple, there was only smiles and sunshine!! It couldn’t have been more perfect. Once the party began, everyone was celebrating, so many happy faces, and a lot of laughing….the day was filled with such warmth. Here are some of my favorites, enjoy!!

I had the fabulous opportunity to photograph the Favia family again this year. I have been photographing their family for the last three years. It as been such a pleasure to watch their family grow from behind the lens. It so great to see the kids every summer too. They are so cute….and love to be photographed…so much FUN!! I had a fabulous time meeting Jeff and photographing Renee and Jeff’s Engagement session in Mokena this past July. Going somewhere I have never been, always sparks new ideas. We went to an historic area, and explored all these old barns. We also went to this beautiful forest pereserve and set of old train tracks….we finished the session just as the rain came in. Jeff and Renee are so much fun, Jeff had me laughing the whole session. I am looking forward to thier wedding this Septemeber!!
I love exploring the city during an engagement session!! Penny and David are such a cute couple, we spent a beautiful Saturday morning exploring the loop, from the Wrigley building to Millennium Park. I just love how blue the sky is, fabulous!
