Angela and Rob tied the knot at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort on August 14th, 2010. I had an amazing time photographing their wedding. We started the day off with getting ready photos, I started with the bride, bridesmaids and the couples beautiful daughter…napping in the above photo, how cute! Christina started with the guys at the hotel, and then it was off to be married. The ceremony was beautiful, and with a bit of humor…then time to Party!! We headed back to the Marriott for some photos of the wedding party before the cerebrating started, and this group was all about the smiles, laughter and good times…not to mention dancing the night away! I had an amazing time at the wedding, thank you Angela and Rob for inviting me to document your amazing celebration! Here are some of my favorite images from the day.
Earlier this month I was invited to be a part of the Chicago Share Our Strength’s Taste of a Nation event as the primary photography. What is Taste of the Nation? It is where Chicago’s hottest chefs, restaurants, and mixologists gather for the city’s most trend-forward culinary experience - under the guidance of Chef Mindy Segal, Chef RJ Melman and more. The theme this year was street food. This is a wonderful event, not to mention delicious, and 100% of ticket sales supports Share Our Strength’s efforts to end childhood hunger.
